Our flat fee includes everything: the court filing fee, document preparation, credit counseling guidance, attendance at your meeting of creditors, responses to creditor motions, reaffirmation agreements, and representation all the way through your discharge. No hidden fees. No surprise bills. No nickel-and-diming you for individual services.

Chapter 7
- One transparent flat fee covers your entire case from start to finish — including court filing fees and all standard costs.
- Low monthly payments with only a few of the payments required before filing.
- During your free consultation, we’ll recommend a payment plan tailored to your specific financial situation.
Chapter 13
- For most Chapter 13 cases, we can file your case for just $1,000 to $2,000 before filing. (And, don’t worry if that seems like a lot. We’ll help you figure out what debts or expenses you can stop paying in order to afford the legal fees.)
- The remainder of our fees can be paid through your Chapter 13 plan, which may have very low payments depending on your assets, income, and expenses
Tax Problem Resolution or Other Work
We offer low flat fees and payment plans for almost everything we do so that you know up front what we will do for you and what it’s going to cost you.
Student Loans
- Want to say goodbye to your student loans? If you meet the requirements, we will be glad to seek discharge of your student loan in bankruptcy for a flat fee that you can pay over 24 months.
